Job Title: Regional Systems Administrator

Job Summary: Is responsible for administering, maintaining, monitoring and supporting the company’s regional ICT infrastructure and end-user technology environment in Rwanda and Uganda.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Helpdesk and IT service management.
- Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration.
- LAN, WAN, MPLS and SD-WAN administration and troubleshooting.
- Server, endpoint and patch management.
- IT asset ilfecycle management.
- Computer hardware and peripheral troubleshooting.
- Telephony and communications infrastructure.
- CCTV installation, configuratios and management.
- Backup, restoration and business continuity support.
- Endpoint security and incident response.
- Project, vendor and service-provider management.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as the primary In-country ICT resource with minimal supervision.
- Integrity and discretion when handling privileged access, business systems and company data.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or another computer-related
- Professional certification in systems/network administration such as Microsoft Certified:
- Identity and Access Administrator Associate, CCNA, ITIL or equivalent is an advantage
- ITIL, information security or audit certification is an added advantage.
- Experience
- 3 years’ practical experience in systems administration, IT support, networking, endpoint. management or infrastructure support.
