The Star Development Coordinator will manage the recruitment, training, and onboarding of Jaza Stars (sales agents) for new sites, ensuring they are equipped to manage hubs and meet company objectives.

• Advertise vacancies and recruit qualified Jaza Stars for new sites.
• Monitor candidate applications and coordinate interviews and training.
• Conduct interviews, classroom training, and on-site training.
• Evaluate recruits and identify additional training needs.
• Update training materials in collaboration with the QA Expansion Operations team.
• Ensure onboarding procedures and documentation are completed.
• Register recruits on the company dashboard and Star App.
• Prepare contracts for signing and upload completed documents.
• Maintain accurate records of newly recruited Jaza Stars.
• Build local recruitment networks and manage relationships with community stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in rural talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Ability to source candidates through local networks, community connections, and job boards.
• Experience conducting in-person interviews and assessing candidates.
• Strong communication, recruitment, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships across diverse communities and cultures.
• Familiarity with local languages or dialects is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently to remote locations and work independently.
