Accounts Payable Clerk

What You’ll Do:
- Invoice Management:Enter invoices using SAP and Excel for various business units.
- Vendor Relations:Handle inquiries from vendors, ensuring smooth communication.
- Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and organized invoice files.
- Precision:Ensure all tasks are completed with high accuracy.
- Timeliness:Meet deadlines consistently.
- Additional Tasks:Take on other accounting duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education:High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:Customer service experience is a plus.
- Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and strong typing skills (10-key preferred).
- Technology: Demonstrated ability to use and adapt to emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to support business needs.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability:Can perform the functions of the jobs with or without a reasonable accommodation.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the followingcompensation and benefits:
- Benefits:Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
