Master Data Coordinator
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Master Data Coordinator to joinusat our Corporateheadquarters in Greeley, Colorado.The Master Data Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency of master data across key business systems. This role plays a critical part in supporting business operations by maintaining high-quality data related to customers, vendors, materials, and products. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and update master data records in SAP and other business systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards and policies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data standards, processes, and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, Sales, Finance, IT, etc.) to gather and validate data requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop a solid understanding of overall business processes to properly support key stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and provide issue resolution.
- Support system upgrades and onboarding plants onto master data systems.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in SAP is preferred.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Self-Starter with excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to provide outstanding customer service.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
- Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
- 401(k):company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
- Base salaryrange of $19.00-$21.00; and

The posted salary range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the compensation that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, tenure, internal equity, market data, and may vary accordingly.
