We're looking for a friendly, proactive, collaborative, and results-driven Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist to join our North America Operations team - someone who takes pride in creating a great first impression and keeping a busy, fast-moving office running smoothly.

As an Operations Coordinator/Receptionist at JFrog you will... 

This isn't a sit-and-wait front desk job - you'll be a true hub of the Sunnyvale office, with your hands in a bit of everything:

• Be the face and voice of JFrog Sunnyvale - greet guests and vendors, direct calls, and keep the reception area, lobby, and boardroom tidy and welcoming
• Run the show behind the scenes as our ops helpdesk - troubleshooting day-to-day office needs and keeping things moving
• Own mailing, shipping, and receiving for the whole office
• Partner with our executive admin team
• Get creative - build and update spreadsheets and Canva designs that keep the office informed and looking sharp
• Help bring people together by supporting company events and activities
• Team up with Operations on daily administrative tasks, routine procedures, and general backend support

To be anOperations Coordinator/Receptionist at JFrog you need...

• 1-2 years of experience in front desk coordination or similar, high-tech company experience is a plus
• Availability to work on-site in Sunnyvale, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Excellent relationship-building instincts and strong written/verbal communication
• A knack for collaborating across teams and departments
• Sharp organizational skills and an eye for detail
• Comfort with Canva, Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Gmail
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
• A steady, professional presence - even when things move fast

WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…

• At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
• This position has a base salary range between $65k to $75k.  Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
• This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU).  In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
