The Operations Manager – Integrated Cleaning Services holds responsibility for the strategic direction, business expansion, operational performance, and profitability of the Integrated Cleaning Services Business Unit.
The position is centred on growing the unit as a standalone profit centre. This involves increasing market share, creating and launching new service offerings, deepening customer relationships, and maintaining operational excellence across its garment care, commercial, and residential service lines.
