Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a strategic banking transformation initiative focused on building and evolving domain-oriented Data Products and APIs that enable critical business capabilities across the organization.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Define architecture vision, principles and roadmap for Data Products and Domain APIs.

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across multiple domains and delivery streams.

• Design scalable, secure and resilient data and API solutions.

• Establish standards for Data Products, API design and governance.

• Drive API-first, domain-driven and event-driven architecture approaches.

• Defineintegration patterns, interfaces and cross-domain dependencies.

• Collaborate with business, product, engineering and enterprise architecture teams.

• Mentor architects and engineering teams and support architecture governance.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Extensive experience as a Solution, Domain or Enterprise Architect.

• Strong background inData Architecture, API Architecture and Integration Architecture.

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions across multiple teams and domains.

• Solid understanding of banking processes and Core Banking environments.

• Knowledge of Data Products, Data Mesh and Data Governance concepts.

• Experience with API lifecycle management and integration strategies.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps and Continuous Delivery practices.

• Ability to define architecture roadmaps, standards and non-functional requirements.
