JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Cleaner
Reports to: Administrative Officer / General Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Company Office and Showroom
1. Job Summary
The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness throughout the company’s offices, showroom, washrooms, and other assigned areas to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable working environment for employees, customers, and visitors.
2. Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain office rooms, the showroom, corridors, and other assigned areas daily.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as required.
Clean desks, chairs, windows, doors, shelves, and other office furniture.
Clean and disinfect toilets, washrooms, and handwashing areas.
Empty waste bins regularly and dispose of garbage properly.
Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area and customer waiting areas.
Clean glass surfaces, mirrors, and display areas carefully.
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and drinking water to employees and visitors when required.
Monitor cleaning materials and supplies and report when replenishment is needed.
3. Required Qualifications
Completion of basic education is preferred.
Previous experience as a cleaner or office attendant is an advantage.
Ability to read and understand basic instructions.
Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.

Must maintain cleanliness throughout working hours.

Must follow the company’s working schedule and internal regulations.

The employee is expected to maintain a clean and organized workplace, ensure washrooms and common areas remain hygienic, use cleaning supplies responsibly, and complete assigned duties on time.
