Ihre Aufgaben
- HR Administration von Ein- bis Austritt, Verträge und Zeugnisse
- Payroll Abwicklung für ca. 400-500 Mitarbeiter schweizweit
- Bearbeiter der Versicherungsfälle
- Begleiten diversers HR Projekte
Anforderungen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im HR (HR Assistenz oder HR Sachbearbeiter)
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der HR Administration
- Erfahrung im Payroll ist von grossem Vorteil
- Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau und gute Französischkenntnisse
- Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
