Aufgaben

Sicherstellung einer korrekten und termingerechten Lohnverarbeitung
Erfassung und Prüfung externer Honorarzahlungen
Pflege und Aktualisierung lohnrelevanter Stammdaten
Unterstützung bei den monatlichen Quellensteuerabrechnungen
Mitarbeit bei Abrechnungen und Deklarationen der Sozialversicherungen
Abwicklung von Beiträgen verschiedener Pensionskassen
Unterstützung bei Quartals- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten inkl. Abstimmung mit der Finanzbuchhaltung

Anforderungen

Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung im Payroll- oder Sozialversicherungsbereich
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Payroll
Sicherheit im Umgang mit relevanten Terminen und Fristen
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Gute Englischkenntnisse zwingend erforderlich
Bereitschaft, Verantwortung im monatlichen Lohnlauf zu übernehmen
Aktive Mitarbeit in internen sowie bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
