Accountant - Reporting and Tax

This is an opportunity to join a global organisation with a strong international footprint in the engineering sector. This role offers excellent exposure to a complex multinational environment and the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders across the business.

Duties:

• Lead month-end consolidation and group reporting
• Manage actual, forecast and budget reporting
• Oversee annual financial statements and statutory reporting.
• Manage corporate tax, VAT, WHT and PAYE calculations and submissions.
• Ensure tax compliance, deadlines and statutory requirements are met.
• Review intercompany transactions and related tax implications.
• Prepare Board and EXCO reporting and provide commercial insights.
• Oversee financial and commercial reporting across the business.

Education and experience:

• CA(SA) with 2-3 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong IFRS and tax knowledge
• Experience in the engineering, construction or manufacturing sector would be preferred
