Duties & Responsibilities

• Administrative duties: Experience with daily cash-ups, fuel reconciliations, creditors/invoices, GRVs, petty cash, stock reconciliation and general office administration will be advantageous
• Customer Service: Greeting customers, assisting with purchases and resolving inquiries or complaints.
• Cash Handling: Processing transactions accurately and handling cash and change.
• Store Maintenance: Ensuing the store is clean, well- stocked, including restocking shelves and fridges.
• Inventory Management: Conducting regular inventory counts and replenishing stock when needed.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure environment.
• Assist with the opening and closing procedures of the gas station.
• Financial Operations: Organizing and consolidating month-end statements for posting, posting data in record books, capturing GRN’s/CRV’s into the system.
• Fuel Reconciliation: Balancing deliveries from delivery note to automatic supply replenishment on branch.

• Matric certificate
• Attention to detail and reliable transport
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest, reliable, and presentable
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Stock-control or cash-up experience will be highly advantageous.
