Planner/Scheduler
- Develop, maintain and monitor project/workshop schedules
- Coordinate activities across production, procurement, engineering, projects and other departments
- Monitor progress against planned schedules and identify delays or potential risks
- Track manpower, materials, equipment and other resources required to meet deadlines
- Update schedules and provide accurate progress reports to management
- Identify schedule deviations and assist with recovery plans
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables and critical deadlines
- Attend planning and progress meetings
- Maintain accurate planning records and documentation
- Liaise with supervisors, project managers and relevant stakeholders to ensure activities remain on schedule
