Administrator / Internal Sales Assistant

This role lets you use your sales and admin skills to boost daily business efficiency. You will receive great team support while expanding your technical knowledge of print estimating systems. Your proactive approach will ensure quick quote turnarounds and smooth delivery for happy corporate clients.

Job Description

• Answer incoming customer inquiries quickly by telephone, email, and digital channels.

• Prepare and issue clear, accurate quotations using dedicated internal quoting systems.

• Follow up on outstanding quotes to convert customer inquiries into confirmed production orders.

• Capture detailed job specifications and client information accurately in the system.

• Coordinate directly with estimating, litho, digital, and finishing teams for smooth production.

• Update clients regularly regarding order progress, proof approvals, and final delivery dates.

• Maintain clean sales pipeline records, daily administration dockets, and office files.

What You Need to Apply

• Matric (Grade 12) certificate or equivalent qualification.

• Previous experience in internal sales support, sales administration, or customer service.

• Working background or basic familiarity within commercial, litho, or digital printing.

• Practical experience working with QuickEasy or similar estimating and job management software an advantage
• Strong computer literacy, including good skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

• Clear, professional communication skills with an excellent telephone and email manner.
