Branch Manager - Empangeni

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales, business development and revenue growth.
• Lead, coach and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, senior executives and decision-makers.
• Prepare and present tailored solutions and proposals to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure service delivery meets SLAs and client expectations.
• Manage branch P&L, budgeting, expenditure and financial performance.
• Lead and develop the branch team across Sales and Operations.
• Monitor operational efficiency, service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reporting.
• Identify market opportunities and support regional business growth.
• Travel to client sites across the Zululand region as required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Sales, Business Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' proven B2B sales experience within a service-led environment.
• Proven experience managing and leading a sales team.
• Experience with P&L and budget management.
• Proven ability to engage and present to senior executives and decision-makers.
• Strong business development and strategic client relationship management experience.
• Strong commercial and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience within information management, records/document management, technology-enabled or similar B2B service environments will be advantageous.
• Ability to adapt to a technology-driven and increasingly digital business environment.
• Computer literate with experience using CRM systems and MS Office.
• Valid driver's licence and own transport.
• Willingness and ability to travel.

Screening Note: The role requires B2B sales and sales-team management experience within a service environment. Experience limited to retail/store management, banking branch management or individual-customer insurance servicing would not meet the requirements of the role.
