About the Role

A well-established company in the manufacturing and water solutions industry is looking for an experienced and hands-on Branch Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of their East Rand branch.The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring smooth branch operations, maintaining excellent customer service, and supporting the achievement of branch targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the branch
• Supervise, motivate and manage branch staff
• Ensure efficient stock control and inventory management
• Monitor incoming and outgoing stock
• Assist with customer queries and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure orders and deliveries are processed accurately and on time
• Monitor branch sales and operational targets
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
• Assist with administrative duties and reporting
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions
