Responsibilities:
  • Hunting for new business and opening doors
  • Building powerful, long-term client relationships
  • Growing your portfolio and revenue
  • Finding opportunities where others don't
  • Owning your sales pipeline from prospecting to close
  • Smashing targets and celebrating your wins
  • Selling solutions that keep businesses moving
Requirements:
  • 2-4+ years' experience in Business Development / New Business Sales
  • Proven track record of winning new business
  • Come from a courier, logistics, freight, transport or related industry
  • Confident with prospecting, cold calling and client acquisition
  • Know how to build relationships with decision-makers
  • Target-driven, resilient and commercially minded
  • Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Have a valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
  • Know the Johannesburg market and aren't afraid to get out there and make
