What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive new business and grow the client base
  • Prospect, cold call and open new doors
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify opportunities and convert them into revenue
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate deals
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure excellent service delivery

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Business Development / Sales experience
  • Experience in Courier, Logistics, Freight or a related industry would be highly advantageous
  • A strong hunter mentality - you enjoy finding and winning new business
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven, energetic and commercially minded
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to trave
