Key Account Manager

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key courier & distribution accounts
• Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers
• Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and grow revenue
• Drive client retention and exceptional service delivery
• Understand customer needs and provide commercially sound solutions
• Work closely with operations to ensure client expectations are met
• Monitor account performance, revenue and profitability
• Develop new opportunities within existing accounts

• Experienced in Key Account Management within courier, distribution or logistics
• Strong at building and maintaining senior-level client relationships
• Commercially aware without being purely sales-driven
• Excellent at managing multiple high-value accounts
• Proactive, solutions-focused and customer-centric
• Confident in negotiations, presentations and client meetings
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience
