Job Description

• Build new commercial relationships across mining, construction, plant hire, and agricultural sectors.

• Present flexible equipment rental solutions directly to business owners and corporate decision-makers.

• Manage a high-quality pipeline of sales opportunities from first contact to signed contract.

• Advise enterprise clients on total cost of ownership and heavy equipment fleet optimization.

• Negotiate structured master rental agreements and clear pricing terms with corporate customers.

• Partner closely with internal credit and risk teams to ensure fast transaction approvals.

• Maintain trusted partnerships with major equipment dealerships and primary yellow metal distributors.

What You Need to Apply

• Grade 12 / Matric qualification (a relevant diploma or degree is an added advantage).

• Proven B2B sales experience within yellow metal, earthmoving plant, or capital equipment rental.

• Solid understanding of heavy commercial machinery and structured asset rental contracts.

• Established network of contacts within the mining, civil engineering, or construction sectors.

• Proven ability to negotiate commercial agreements and consistently achieve sales targets.

• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region.
