We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team within a fast-paced call centre environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing targets, coaching consultants and ensuring the team consistently achieves its objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate a team of sales consultants
Set and monitor individual and team sales targets
Drive sales performance and achievement of objectives
Provide coaching, feedback and performance support
Coordinate sales and product training
Monitor online sales activities
Manage the lead pipeline and associated SLA requirements
Analyse sales data and identify areas for improvement
Compile sales reports and monitor performance
Ensure effective use of processes and systems
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' sales management or supervisory experience
Call centre experience preferably
Experience in medical scheme advice/services advantageous
Financial services or health insurance experience advantageous
RE5 certificate essential
RE1 advantageous
NQF Level 5 or higher relevant qualification
Strong leadership and people management skills
Target-driven with excellent communication and analytical abilities
Strong client service orientation
Remuneration: Basic salary + monthly incentives + annual performance bonus + pension fund.
