Car Rental– Control Room Operator | Agent - Gauteng, East Rand

• Monitor and track the company’s rental fleet using the tracking platform
• Ensure vehicles remain within authorised geographic boundaries
• Assist the recoveries team with client defaults and escalations
• Facilitate towing or roadside assistance in case of accidents or vehicle breakdowns
• Maintain accurate logs and records of all vehicle movements and incidents
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to resolve issues promptly
• De-escalate high-pressure or potentially volatile situations with professionalism
• Contribute to operational excellence and compliance with company policies

• Minimum Matric / Grade 12 qualification
• Previous experience in a control room, tracking, or fleet monitoring environment
• Strong telephonic and customer communication skills
• Rational decision-making and problem-solving ability
• Ability to monitor multiple vehicles and situations simultaneously
• Basic computer literacy: Excel, Word, Email, Tracking Platforms
• Calm under pressure and able to de-escalate difficult situations
• Residing in Gauteng, East Rand
