Dispatch Coordinator - Urgently needed

Seeking an experienced, hands-on Dispatch Coordinator to manage the preparation, verification, packing and loading of materials for delivery.

Must be highly organised, accurate and able to work under pressure. Responsible for ensuring that materials are correctly identified, recorded, secured and loaded before vehicles depart.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate the complete dispatch and loading process.
• Verify materials against dispatch lists and delivery documents.
• Plan safe and efficient truck loads and loading sequences.
• Record all loaded items to prevent shortages or duplicate loading.
• Prepare, pack, secure and protect materials for transportation.
• Supervise and assist with the physical loading of trucks.
• Liaise with stores, operations and transport personnel.
• Maintain accurate dispatch and delivery records.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years’ dispatch, logistics, stores or loading experience.
• Practical truck-loading and load-planning experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Computer literate and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills.
• Afrikaans and English advantageous.

Salary: R25 000-R35 000 per month, depending on experience and availability.
