Operations Manager - Urgent
Area: Nelspruit, Mpumalanga
Industry: Construction / Maintenance / Machine hire / Waste Management / Water Sales and Deliveries.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (Code 10/14 advantage).
- Experience in construction and maintenance work.
- All-rounder with knowledge of machinery and trucks.
- Sober habits.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Team player.
- Must be able to work long hours when needed.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Administration, or a related
Key responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily operations.
- Manage staff and operators.
- Coordinate vehicles, trucks, machinery and equipment.
- Oversee construction and maintenance work.
- Coordinate machine hire, waste management and water deliveries.
- Ensure work is completed on time and safely.
- Assist with sales & client relations.
- Work closely with clients, work orders and operational issues.
- Monitor vehicles, machinery, fuel and maintenance.
- Work closely with management and administration.
- Be a hands-on person who can step in where needed.
Salary Package:
- Salary R18,500 to R25,000 depending on experience.
