Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Technical Sales Representative to join its team in Rosslyn.

responsibilities
-Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and prospective clients.
Respond to sales enquiries and provide product information and support.
-Identify opportunities to generate additional sales and business growth.
-Follow up on quotations, enquiries and customer requests.
-Support the sales team in achieving departmental targets and objectives.
-Maintain accurate customer records and sales information.
-Liaise with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and efficient order processing.
-Monitor customer requirements and communicate relevant feedback to management.
-Assist with sales and promotional initiatives.
-Remain informed about market trends, customer requirements and competitor activity.
-Promote the company’s products and services professionally.
