Minimum requirements:

  • Previous external sales experience, preferably within the power equipment, agricultural, hardware or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of STIHL equipment is essential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customers.
  • Promote and sell STIHL equipment and related products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide customers with knowledgeable advice on equipment, applications and product selection.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up and close sales.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, market developments and competitor activity.
