• Three years related experience
• Computer literate
• EE/AA candidates
• Send out delivery updates (daily at 07h00)
• Confirm empty turn in depots for containers on delivery
• E-mail clients with containers that are not released
• If vessel is already in and working, clients must be emailed confirm status.
• Confirm export containers are stacked, print Navis.
• Send completed (stacked) Export instruction though for invoicing
• Pull turn in POD for previous day’s turn-in’s and confirm empties were turned in correctly
• Verify your import instructions to ensure they are captured correctly
• Verify your export instructions to ensure they are captured correctly
• Process rail instructions
• Pull invoicing for all imports loaded on a daily basis
• Update status schedules, and send to client daily (by 12h00)
• Give Transport Supervisor/Tracking copies of all delivery notes to be signed
• Pre-advise all firm stack exports
• Confirm pre-advises pulled through on Navis
• Send all Solas certificates
• Action all depot requests from client, repo, solas etc.
• Any amendments sent through by the client to be amended on the system and the instruction.
• Send third party instruction for sold loads
• Send CIR/endorsed terminal slip (damage reports) to client as soon as received
• Follow through on all Import instructions from receipt of instruction to turn-in and invoiced-Communicate with operations continuously.
• Follow through on all Export instructions from receipt of instruction to stacked (printing of Navis) and invoiced-Communicate with operations continuously.
• All Import and Export instructions to be captured on a daily basis before end of shift (no carry-overs)
• Deal with client’s queries daily on mail and by telephone
