Job Description:
- Lead the Record-to-Report (R2R) function across multiple entities
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review IFRS-compliant financial statements
- Oversee group reporting and consolidation activities
- Ensure statutory reporting requirements are met across various jurisdictions
- Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations
- Review balance sheet reconciliations, journals, and financial controls
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and other applicable accounting standards, including IFRS 16
- Partner with finance teams to provide technical accounting guidance
- Liaise with external auditors and coordinate annual audit requirements
- Analyse financial results and reporting variances
- Drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies across the finance function
- Support the implementation of best practice financial controls and governance frameworks
- Lead, mentor, and develop members of the finance team
Skills & Experience:
- Multi-entity exposure required
- High volume experience
- Minimum 5 years
Qualification:
- SAIPA / SAICA / CIMA / AGA (SA)
