DIE ROL

As Finansiële Bestuurder sal jy die finansiële funksie vir die mynoperasie bestuur en praktiese finansiële insig verskaf om operasionele en kommersiële besluitneming te ondersteun.
  • Finansiële bestuur en verslagdoening: Bestuur die finansiële funksie, stel maandelikse bestuurs- en kosterekeninge, jaarlikse finansiële state en ouditvereistes op.
  • Beplanning, kontantvloei en bedryfskapitaal: Bestuur begrotings, vooruitskattings, afwykingsanalise, kontantvloeivooruitskattings, bedryfskapitaal, debiteure, krediteure, tesourie en bankverhoudinge.
  • Beheer, nakoming en bestuur: Bestuur BTW- en statutêre belastingvereistes, handhaaf sterk interne beheermaatreëls en ondersteun goeie finansiële bestuur en beheer.
  • Operasionele en kommersiële analise: Monitor mynbou- en verwerkingskoste, ontleed koste per ton en operasionele winsgewendheid, monitor kapitaal- en projekuitgawes en verskaf betekenisvolle finansiële analise aan bestuur.
  • Leierskap: Lei, ondersteun en ontwikkel die finansiële span.

MINIMUM VEREISTES

  • BCom in Rekeningkunde, Finansiële Bestuur of ’n gelykwaardige kwalifikasie.
  • 7-10 jaar relevante finansiële/rekeningkundige ervaring.
  • Vorige bestuurs- of toesighoudende ervaring.

VOORDEELTIG

  • Vorige ervaring in mynbou, steenkool, mineraalverwerking of ’n industriële omgewing.
  • CIMA, CGMA of ’n gelykwaardige professionele kwalifikasie.
  • Ervaring met Draftworx en Xero.
  • Ervaring met finansiële modellering.

  • ’n Sterk kommunikeerder is - Jy kan finansiële inligting aan mense verduidelik wat nie finansiële professionele persone is nie.
  • ’n Leier is - Jy kan die finansiële span bestuur, ontwikkel en aanspreeklik hou.
