Front Office & Research Assistant

• Managing front office operations - welcoming visitors, handling calls, and ensuring a professional first impression at all times
• Coordinating meeting rooms, boardroom bookings, and office logistics
• Providing research and administrative support to internal teams - this includes data capturing, compiling presentations, formatting reports, and conducting information searches
• Drafting correspondence, taking minutes, and managing documentation
• Supporting day-to-day office administration as required

What You Need to Qualify

• Matric plus an additional qualification (administration, office management, or similar)
• 3-5 years of experience in a front office or administrative role
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Comfortable working with AI tools in a professional environment
• Exceptionally well-presented with a professional and confident manner
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and shift between front office and research support seamlessly

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30 Friday: 08:00 - 16:00
