Requirements:
  • Grade 12 / Matric.
  • More than 10 years’ experience in automotive aftermarket sales.
  • At least 1 year experience in a leadership role (supervisor or manager).
  • Technical product knowledge.
  • Technical industry knowledge (Has existing networks in the industry).
  • Business acumen (understand how business works).
  • Sales knowledge.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office while being proficient in Excel.
  • Proven SAP knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Drive revenue growth through sales team performance.
  • Support and guide Sales Managers.
  • Oversee sales operations and performance.
  • Improve sales processes and efficiencies.
  • Strengthen key customer relationships.
  • Identify new business and market opportunities.
