HCM Business Developer (External)

The energetic candidate should have strong ICT, training, assessment and marketing skills, willing to grow the client base and work towards challenging targets.

The ideal candidate for this position must be a self-driven individual , target focused with strong interpersonal skills, a high level of sales, communication and negotiation skills and be a team player capable of using own initiative.

Job content & responsibilities:

• Expand the Gijima School of Digital offering to include private students and corporate clients
• Co-ordinate the training for Gijima SMME partners
• Analyzing market potential within all relevant sectors
• Analyzing competitors
• Identification of new products, new business opportunities and new clients
• Developing a thorough understanding of the client’s business objectives in order to guide them in the formulation of an IT training strategy
• Conduct Pre-Training Skills Assessments
• Determine the ICT Skills Required
• Define the ICT Skills Gap
• Formulate the Best Total ICT training solution
• Craft written training solution proposals
• Respond to tenders
• Manage customer enquiries
• Contract Management
• Account Management
• Relationship management
• Manage OEM learning competency partnerships
• Achieve annual business development targets

Assessments

• Developing a thorough understanding of the client’s business objectives in order to guide them in the formulation of an assessment strategy
• Expand the customer base for selection and development assessments in public and private sector
• Expand the customer base for organisational development offerings including job architecture, team and organisational interventions
• Analyzing market potential within all relevant sectors
• Analyzing competitors
• Identification of new products, new business opportunities and new clients
• Formulate the best total Assessment solution
• Craft written training solution proposals

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3-4 Years extensive sales experience within most of the sectors in SA.
• 3-4 Years extensive training and assessment skills, knowledge and
• 3-4 Years extensive experience in marketing and communication.
• A proven track record in sales and marketing
• Experience in tender processes.
• Extensive knowledge of the public and private sector
