- Human Resources Management skills
- Employment Equity knowledge
- Knowledge of HR and Employee Relations
- Familiarity with Labor Law and Employment Law
- Experience in Industrial Relations and wage negotiations is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is necessary
