Key requirements
- Matric and relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources.
- 5-6 years' generalist HR experience, including at least 2 years in a senior HR Officer/Generalist capacity.
- Strong practical Industrial Relations experience, including disciplinary processes, grievances, CCMA/Bargaining Council matters and union of employee representative engagement.
- Sound knowledge of the BCEA,LRA,Employment Equity and Skills Development requitements.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training coordination, HR reporting and employee records administration.
- Working knowledge of payroll processes, remuneration structures and Bargaining Council agreements: MIBCO exposure advantageous.
- Exposure to memployment Equity, WSP/ATR, SETA and B-BBEE repoting requirements.
- Advanced MS Office Skills, Especially Excel; SAGE People 300 experience advantageous
- Professional, assertive and approachable communicator with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Motor industry, retail, warehousing or multi-site operational environment experience will be advantageous.
