Internal Sales Representative

Job & Company Description:

As the Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, maintaining strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal departments. You will play a vital role in supporting sales growth while ensuring customer expectations are exceeded at every stage of the sales process.

Education:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related qualification advantageous

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an Internal Sales, Customer Service, or Sales Support role
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
• Experience preparing quotations and processing sales orders
• Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills
• Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Experience working within a technical, industrial, manufacturing, electrical, or distribution environment will be advantageous
• Computer literacy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems
• Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
