Internal Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, processing sales, generating quotations, and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide professional service.

• Generate and follow up on quotations and sales enquiries.

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Identify opportunities to increase sales and promote products/services.

• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments.

• Assist with achieving sales targets and business objectives.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Requirements

• Previous internal sales or customer service experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good sales and negotiation abilities.

• Customer-focused and professional approach.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Computer literate with good MS Office skills.

• Self-motivated, reliable and results-driven.
