Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of multiple simultaneous technology projects.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, milestones, and delivery plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across
- Product, Development, BA/DA, QA, Operations, and Client Success.
- Ensure all deliverables meet scope, quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate requirement-gathering, project kick-offs, UAT coordination, and implementation planning.
- Maintain accurate project documentation (plans, minutes, specifications, status updates).
- Provide weekly progress reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Translate technical requirements into actionable deliverables for engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Project Management certifications advantageous (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile).
- 5+ years’ experience managing technology, payment, or fintech projects.
- Strong experience using Jira and
- Confluence (essential).
- Proven ability to deliver multiple projects concurrently in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, integrations,
- APIs, and payment/verification systems (advantageous).
- Experience working with BAs, Product
- Managers, Developers, QA, and Support Engineering.
- Strong competency in documentation, planning, budgeting, and reporting.
