Delivery Lead

As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for enabling delivery excellence across multiple software development squads, ensuring teams consistently deliver value in a predictable, sustainable, and transparent manner.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading delivery planning, coordination, and execution across multiple agile development teams
• Working closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Technical Leads, QA Specialists, Designers, and key stakeholders to achieve successful delivery outcomes
• Proactively managing delivery risks, blockers, dependencies, and competing priorities
• Facilitating planning sessions, reviews, retrospectives, and delivery governance activities where required
• Supporting release planning and delivery readiness initiatives
• Driving visibility, accountability, and transparency through meaningful metrics, reporting, and delivery insights
• Partnering with teams to improve delivery predictability, efficiency, and overall business value
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and agile excellence

Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience leading delivery within agile software development environments
• Previous experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams, squads, or workstreams
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and modern software delivery practices
• The confidence and technical credibility to engage with and challenge development teams when required
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, competing priorities, and delivery roadmaps
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to leverage delivery metrics and reporting for continuous improvement
• Experience working with tools such as Jira, Plandek, and delivery analytics platforms

Advantageous experience includes:

• Product-led environments
• Release management and deployment exposure
• Portfolio-level planning and governance
• AI-assisted workflows, automation, and emerging technology adoption
• Agency or fast-paced delivery environments

Qualification:

• Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development, Engineering, Project Delivery, or a related field
• Relevant Agile, Scrum, Delivery, or Project certifications would be beneficial
