Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Well Rounded Developer with 5 to 8 years' solid development experience
- Back-end and Full Stack Development
- Experience directing AI coding agents (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) as part of the development workflow
- Java Certification - advantageous
- AWS Certification - advantageous
Strong Advantages:
