- Essential: Strong working knowledge of CorelDRAW and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Previous graphic design experience, preferably in a printing or commercial print environment.
- Understanding of print-ready file preparation and basic commercial printing processes.
- Good knowledge of layout, colour, typography and visual composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify artwork errors.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, handle revisions and work under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A portfolio showcasing graphic design work, ideally including printed materials.
- A relevant Graphic Design qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Create and modify artwork for corporate stationery, brochures, flyers, packaging, advertising and promotional materials.
- Prepare final artwork files for printing and verify designs for accuracy before production.
- Interpret design briefs and develop appropriate layouts and visual concepts.
- Implement amendments following client feedback and internal quality reviews.
- Liaise with production colleagues to ensure artwork is technically suitable for printing.
- Maintain consistency in colours, typography, layouts and brand identity.
- Organise digital artwork, templates and design resources for efficient workflow.
- Prioritise assigned tasks and complete projects within agreed turnaround times.
