LLM Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conjure intelligent AI agents and copilots
• Teach LLMs where to find the truth with RAG architectures
• Fine-tune models into highly skilled digital co-workers
• Build scalable, production-ready GenAI applications
• Design multi-model AI ecosystems that solve real-world problems
• Transform messy business challenges into elegant AI solutions
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies before they become LinkedIn buzzwords

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Strong experience in LLM Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or Software Development
• Expertise in Python and modern AI frameworks
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, or similar technologies
• Hands-on knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and RAG
• Experience deploying AI solutions into production environments
• Cloud expertise across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• The ability to explain complex AI concepts to people who still think AI is magic
