KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and executing marketing plans.
- Coordinate marketing projects from inception to completion.
- Support execution across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and demand.
- Track competitor activity and market trends.
- Work with sales to help refine positioning.
- Support consistent brand identity and positioning across all touchpoints.
- Execute advertising and promotional campaigns under the guidance of senior marketing.
- Manage content marketing and social media activity.
- Assist in tracking marketing budgets and spend against forecasts.
- Support the wider marketing team in achieving shared goals.
- Support the Events team in planning and executing conferences, trade shows, and key events.
- Stay current with marketing trends and emerging technologies.
- Contribute ideas for new market segments and growth opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Grade 12/Matric Certificate
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Experience in real estate, property, or a related services industry advantageous.
