REQUIREMENTS
- Matric, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an e-commerce order- and system administration role
- Proven track record internally supporting, resolving, and escalating discrepancies or issues
- Previous experience in logistics/freight, dealing with couriers, warehouses, and logistics portals
- Excellent and clear written English communication required
- Experience working with product or catalogue data
- High level of attention to detail
- Extensive technical and IT terminology knowledge required
- Extremely technically minded with excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google, Meta)
- AI proficiency required
- Strong proactive approach to resolve or follow up on matters
- Manage, fix, and cancel orders using the in-house administration system
- Resolve issues related to consignments, customer information, surcharges, stock holds and stock-splits
- Write clear and comprehensive reports to Customer Service
- Recreate problems to identify faults
- Monitor orders, shipments, and queries to identify once-off or repeating issues
- Produce clearly written reports to escalate faults to developers
- Work with product and catalogue data such as pack sizes, units, and product variants
- Update prices on multiple storefronts / websites
- Publish prepared content onto multiple websites
- Reconcile warehouse portal data into the in-house system
- Ensure stock items and pricing remain accurate online
