Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across sportsbook, casino and promotional products.

• Translate campaign briefs into actionable digital, retail, traditional and OOH plans.

• Manage campaign timelines and ensure all campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.

• Support paid media activity across Meta, Google, programmatic and affiliate channels.

• Coordinate email, SMS and push-notification campaigns with CRM teams.

• Plan and execute billboards, transit media, retail branding, print and radio campaigns.

• Coordinate media bookings and campaign delivery with agencies, suppliers and media partners.

• Maintain brand consistency across online and offline channels.

• Monitor CPA, ROI, conversions, acquisition and engagement performance.

• Optimise live campaigns using performance data and customer behaviour insights.

• Ensure campaign tracking, tagging and attribution are correctly implemented.

• Work with Product and Technology teams to implement landing pages, banners and promotions across the website and app.

• Ensure smooth user journeys from campaign click-through to registration, deposit and engagement.

• Assist with troubleshooting campaign implementation and tracking issues.

• Collaborate with CRM, Digital, Creative, Affiliate, Operations, Customer Support and Payments teams.

• Prepare campaign reports, insights and recommendations.

Minimum Requirements

• Three to five years’ marketing experience within iGaming, sports betting, online gaming or a related digital consumer environment.

• Proven experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns from start to finish.

• Strong knowledge of paid media, CRM, performance marketing, traditional marketing and OOH advertising.

• Understanding of customer acquisition funnels and online player journeys.

• Experience analysing campaign results and optimising performance.

• Strong project-management, organisational and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Advantageous Experience

• Direct experience with sportsbook or online casino platforms.

• Affiliate marketing and partnership exposure.

• Experience working with Product or Development teams.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, tracking pixels, tagging and website content-management systems.

• Understanding of how landing pages and promotions connect with bonuses, wallets, CRM and other back-end systems.
