The team you will be part of
The Digital Marketing Team is the engine behind data-driven growth for our brand partners across Southeast Asia’s eCommerce landscape. Specializing in performance marketing across marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada & TikTok, we focus on the entire 360-degree customer journey and build better digital experiences at each stage of the funnel. From media planning to real-time optimization and analytics on Meta, Google & Programmatic, the team partners closely with clients to unlock the full potential of eCommerce marketing-turning insights into action, and clicks into conversions.
The part you will play
We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Executive to independently manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across key advertising platforms, including TikTok, Google, and Meta.
In this role, you will be responsible for campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and performance analysis for medium to large-scale and more complex client accounts to help clients achieve their business objectives. Working closely with the Marketing Solutions and Client Management teams, you will play a key role in driving campaign performance through data-driven insights, testing, and continuous optimization. You will also be expected to proactively identify performance opportunities, troubleshoot campaign challenges, and provide logical, data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness while supporting junior team members when needed.
As a Senior Performance Marketing Executive, you will take charge of
- Set up, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant performance marketing platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and implement optimization strategies to achieve client KPIs and business objectives.
- Manage campaign budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spending and maximum return on investment.
- Conduct performance analysis and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness through audience, creative, bidding, and targeting optimizations.
- Develop and execute A/B testing initiatives to continuously improve campaign performance and uncover growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Marketing Solutions and Client Management teams to support media planning, campaign execution, and performance reporting.
- Independently manage more complex client accounts and campaigns, demonstrating strong analytical thinking and logical problem-solving to optimize performance with minimal supervision.
- Identify root causes of campaign performance issues and recommend data-driven optimization strategies across audience, creative, bidding, placements, and budget allocation.
- Provide guidance and share optimization best practices with junior team members when needed.
- Assist in tracking implementation and validation, including UTM tracking, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other measurement solutions.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices across performance marketing channels.
- Support internal projects and process improvements to enhance campaign efficiency and reporting accuracy.
What we are looking for - the ideal profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce marketing, or media buying.
- Experience managing advertising campaigns on Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, or e-commerce marketplace advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts, campaign optimization, and digital advertising metrics.
- Proven ability to manage medium to large campaign budgets and more complex client accounts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify performance issues, determine root causes, and develop logical optimization recommendations based on data.
- Able to work independently, prioritize optimization opportunities, and take ownership of campaign performance with minimal guidance.
- Familiarity with reporting and measurement platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Marketing Platform.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Good communication skills in English and Thai
- Able to quickly adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup and e-commerce environment.
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, TikTok Ads, Shopee, Lazada, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.
