Marketing Manager (Residential Developments)

Our client, a prominent player in real estate and advertising, is seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to elevate their marketing initiatives, foster strong industry relationships, and deliver measurable sales outcomes.
Where You'll Make an Impact:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for residential developments that align with business goals.
Lead the planning and management of launch campaigns for new projects, ensuring maximum market visibility and engagement.
Coordinate multi-channel marketing activities, including digital, social media, print, outdoor advertising, and on-site events.
Oversee marketing performance metrics, optimise campaigns for lead generation, and enhance conversion rates.
Manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective delivery of campaigns.
Create compelling marketing collateral such as brochures, advertisements, presentations, and promotional content.
Maintain brand consistency across all channels and developments.
Lead digital marketing efforts, including campaign management across Google Ads, social media platforms, and website content oversight.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with estate agents, agencies, and sales partners to facilitate strategic collaborations.
Gather and analyse feedback from sales agents on customer demographics and market trends, translating insights into targeted initiatives.
Support agents with marketing materials, training, and project launch presentations.
Drive lead generation campaigns, monitor source effectiveness, and improve sales funnel performance.
Prepare detailed reports on campaign results, lead quality, and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
5 to 7 years of marketing experience in real estate or advertising industries.
Proven track record in campaign management, digital marketing, and lead generation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing strategy development and content creation.
Nice to Have:
Experience working closely with sales teams and agents.
Knowledge of the Western Cape property market.
