Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
- Prepare journals and general ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Liaise with internal departments, auditors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems.
- Perform other finance and administrative duties as required.
- National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant financial or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
