Operations Coordinator - Manufacturing Industry

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing daily time and attendance, leave, overtime and payroll inputs for permanent and wage employees
• Maintaining accurate employee records and payroll control spreadsheets, including PaySpace administration
• Processing inventory conversions, finished goods assemblies and production transactions on Cin7 Core
• Maintaining item codes, product master data, BOMs and print job information
• Capturing daily production output, maintaining KPI data and preparing operational reports
• Monitoring production workflow, identifying discrepancies and following up on outstanding information
• Coordinating dispatch records, customer delivery confirmations and proof of delivery documentation
• Assisting the Operations Manager and Accountant with reconciliations, reports and general administration

• Identifying process gaps and supporting practical improvements across departments

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ relevant experience in manufacturing, FMCG, packaging, printing or a similar production environment

• Experience in at least two of the following: production administration, inventory control, payroll / time and attendance, BOM or product master data

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, filters and reconciliations

• Working knowledge of Xero

• Experience with an ERP, manufacturing or inventory management system
• Working knowledge of payroll inputs, overtime, shift allowances, leave and attendance
• Strong numerical ability, particularly with ratios, quantities, yields and units of measure
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet daily and month-end deadlines

Advantageous:

• PaySpace and Cin7 Core experience
• Experience with item codes, BOMs, assemblies or production orders

• Printing / packaging industry experience

• Relevant qualification in administration, payroll, HR, supply chain, production or bookkeeping

• Familiarity with quality control / AQL processes
