Payroll Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly, fortnightly, and ad-hoc payrolls across multiple regions
• Resolve payroll queries relating to salaries, leave, tax, pensions, and statutory payments
• Liaise with external payroll providers to ensure smooth payroll delivery
• Prepare payroll reconciliations, journals, and reports
• Maintain accurate payroll and employee records
• Support payroll compliance and statutory reporting requirements
• Partner with HR, Finance, and operational teams on payroll-related matters

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Payroll Administrator or Payroll Specialist role
• Experience working with outsourced payroll providers
• Exposure to high-volume payroll environments
• Strong payroll reconciliation and reporting experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• International payroll exposure will be highly advantageous
