A well-established property management company is seeking an experienced and driven Portfolio Manager to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience managing Sectional Title and Homeowners Association (HOA) portfolios, strong relationship management skills, and a sound understanding of community scheme legislation.

????????????:

3-5 years' experience in Sectional Title and/or HOA Portfolio Management.

Solid knowledge of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act (STSMA), Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS), and related legislation.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong administrative and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in property management software systems.

Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.

Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple portfolios.
